Knowledge Resource Center
The Aklia Group of Institutions, committed to the advancement of knowledge, provides a robust library system for its students and faculty. The group has two separate libraries, one for its education college and another for its liberal arts college, both serving as central hubs for academic research and study.
Library Resources and Facilities
Both libraries are rich with resources, including a wide array of books, reference materials, national and international journals, and audio-video materials. The Knowledge Resource Centre also offers access to online databases and internet resources to support student research. Experienced and trained library staff are available to assist users, helping them navigate the resources and satisfy their academic curiosity. The environment is specifically designed to be both "stimulating and relaxing" to foster an ideal setting for academic pursuits.

Rules and Regulation of the Library
- All the current Students and Staff of the College are members of the Library. They are expected to observe strict silence in the Library.
- On working days the College Library will remain open from 9.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.(without any break)
- The Library Follows Open Access System.
- Users are to put their signature in the entry register / Show their bar code ID / Smart Card ID at the gate Scanner on entry and exit from the library.
- Over coats, bags ,etc.., and similar personal belongings shall be deposited in the property counter located in the Library premises
- Users are not allowed to carry their Books, bags, briefcase, etc., inside the library.
- Files, folders are not allowed at any circumstance
- Co-operation of users is solicited to keep the library premises Clean.
- Personal papers& non-library materials should not be left on tables.
- Any student may borrow 2 books from the Library for 15 days and a teacher can borrow 2 books per course for a semester
- Students can reserve a book which is lent. (that is not available in the rack).
- Students should immediately report to the Librarian of any damaged to books, when they come across any. Otherwise they will be eld responsible for the damage of the books and the cost of the books will be recovered from them.
- Loss of ID Cards/damage in the barcode stickers are to be reported immediately.
- Students may keep books for fourteen days from the date of issue. If the book is not returned on or before the due date a fine of 1.00 Rs. per day (including holidays) will be levied. Books due on holidays must be returned(to avoid fine amount) on the following working day
- Books shall be renewed if required at the time of its return . A second renewal shall be made at the discretion of the Librarian
- Books borrowed before / during vacation should be returned within the first three working days of the reopening date of the college, otherwise usual fine will be levied.
- Students are not allowed to circulate the books among themselves. Violation of the rules will result in suitable penal action being pursued against the offenders
- The Librarian has the authority to call back any book for return, at any time even before the due date.
- “No-dues certificate” will be issued at the time of end semester university examination only on return of all the materials borrowed and payment of overdue charges made, if any.
- If the rules of the Library are violated the library authorities can withdraw the library facilities to that individual at any time.
- Students will not be allowed to charge their laptops, mobile phones inside the library.
- No group discussions will be permitted inside the library.
- Own Textbooks, printed materials and issued books are not allowed inside the library.
- Use of Cellular phones and audio instruments with or without speaker or headphones is strictly prohibited in the library
- Students shall show the books and other materials which are being taken out from the library to the library staff at the entrance counter.
- Library premises are under CCTV Surveillances.
- Library will not be held responsible for any kind of Loss / Damage of personal belongings
